We mainly source our crew from India but are open to hire from any part of the 

world as per the requirement of the customer.

Our core focus is to have well trained and authentic staff that can actually take care of the vessel apart from performing necessary duties. Oceanone Ship management has plans to start training Centres in India so as to substantiate this claim.
